Jesus the King

 

Jesus the King is an independent recording released by the band in November 1999. All music and lyrics of the songs were created by Froilan except for Jeffrey’s Song where the lyrics were written by Froilan’s friend, Jeffrey Tan.  

 

Other Recordings

Prior to the release of the album Jesus the King, the band has recorded two songs: You Are There and I’ll Follow You, both performed by James Nicolas. Both songs were recorded live at Gary Argulla’s place. However, due to some technical problems, only the song You Are There was recorded cleanly.

Other Songs

 

The band has other unrecorded songs. These are:

  • Ever Since I Told Him “I’m Sorry”  – Created by Froilan G Villegas in the mid 1980s as an entry to a Christian song writing contest. The song made it to the finals.
  • Paalam Na Dating Kaibigan – Created by Froilan G. Villegas for the CFC Christian Life Program (CLP) participants at Camp Bagong Diwa in 2000. The song was performed by the band and selected CLP participants during the last CLP session
